PatientPointisseekingan experienced,strategicSenior Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated, multichannel marketing campaigns and sales enablement initiatives that drive measurable business results. This individual will partner closely with Sales to develop proactive sales toolsanddevelop andimplementaccount-based marketing (ABM) programs. They will alsocreate andexecuteinbound marketing strategies that increase awareness, generate demand, and accelerate pipeline growth forPatientPoint’score solutions. This role requiressomeonewhois a strategist and an executer ,who haschannelexpertiseacross digital, content, and event marketing channels. The ideal candidate will design and orchestrate integrated campaign strategies that align paid, owned, earned, and experiential channels to maximize reach and impact across the buyer journey.
What You'll Do:
Develop deepexpertisein the solutions and targetpersonasyou support to effectively drive awareness and demand forPatientPoint.
Articulate the value proposition of all products, capture features and benefits and translate these details to support compelling messaging and content
Own and execute on sales andmarketing events, driving pre-event awareness, on-site engagement, and post-event follow-up
Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, spec sheets, best practices
Collaborate with product,salesand other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
Support the development of the content strategy and execute short-form content deliverables as needs arise, including email marketing, sell sheets, social posts, and more.
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
Communicate with and educate sales teamregardingnew and planned marketing activities
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics andoptimizeprograms accordingly
What We Need:
7+years of direct experience inB2B marketing,healthcare or life sciencespreferred.Agency, start-up,or consultingexperiencearealso preferred.
Bachelor'sdegree inMarketing,Communications,BusinessAdministrationor related field
Proventrack recordof developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns that drive business results
Expertisein sales support tools and enablement
Experience designing and implementing ABM campaigns
Expertisein digitalandtraditionalmarketing channels and tactics
Strong understanding ofproduct marketing strategy and execution, including product positioning,messagingand go-to-market planning
Highly developed training,presentationand written communication skills
High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage deadline pressure,ambiguityand change
Excellent communication,collaborationand interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
