Location:
Texas, Florida, Georgia, Travel 2 weeks per month. Candidates located in Texas and Florida are preferred.
Travel:
Required 2 weeks per month to visit customers throughout the region.
Total Compensation Potential:
$110K–$145K+ (Base salary plus performance-based commissions, spiffs, and bonuses)

Your Territory Texas, Florida, Georgia (Travel required 2 weeks/month)
Position Overview Ratermann Manufacturing is looking for a relationship-driven, solutions-oriented Territory Sales Manager to serve and grow our South region. This remote role is ideal for someone who thrives on the road, enjoys solving real customer problems, and brings energy, accountability, and follow-through to every interaction.
You’ll manage the South territory, traveling two weeks each month to meet with customers face-to-face. The ideal candidate should be based within the territory (Florida and Texas preferred) for ease of travel and customer coverage. From building trust with top accounts to identifying new opportunities, your role is critical in helping us continue to deliver on our promise of reliable people, reliable solutions, and reliable delivery. This is more than a sales job—it’s about being the go-to person customers trust to get it right. What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships across your South territory
Develop and execute a strategic 12-week customer visit calendar
Follow up consistently on quotes, leads, and customer needs
Identify new sales opportunities and upsell existing accounts
Provide timely post-visit reports with insights and opportunities
Collaborate with the internal team to deliver customer solutions
Represent our brand with honesty, responsiveness, and professionalism
What You Bring
Sales experience in the gas and welding industry or adjacent field
Experience traveling extensively for work, with the ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and multitask effectively while on the road
A love for building relationships, earning trust, and following through
A can‑do, solution-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency
Self‑motivation and accountability, balanced with a team-first attitude
The ability to work independently while staying connected to our culture and values
Strong communication skills and organization skills
Tech‑savviness, and comfort with CRM systems (like HubSpot)
A valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
Familiarity with gas fill plants or technical product knowledge
Commission & Bonus Structure
Earn a percentage of profit when hitting 86% of plan or higher
Monthly bonuses tied to three strategic product lines
Earn $200–$500/month, with top reps earning up to $1,000–$2,000/month
Year-End Bonus
Based on growth of your top 15 accounts
Bonus: $8,000–$15,000 if accounts grow 10% or more annually
$1,000/month ($12,000 annually), typically factored into base salary structure
