We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our growing New York team. You will be motivated, personable and passionate about working with people and have a strong interest in the architecture and design industry. This role works on a diverse range of positions for leading architecture and interior design firms while helping candidates navigate their next career step. Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Present Bespoke's services to clients, selling the benefits of working with a recruiter Manage the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer conversations Manage and grow a talent pool of candidates, identifying top talent seeking a career move Provide excellent customer service to both jobseekers and hiring firms Skills and Experience
Recruitment experience within a relevant industry is beneficial but not required due to in-house training Experience within the A&D industry is a plus Excellent communication skills; able to present to groups Confident, influential with strong networking skills Target-driven and goal-oriented Team-focused with a drive to succeed Benefits and Culture
