Essential Functions Customer-Centric Product Positioning and Messaging Creation:
Develops deep knowledge of assigned solutions, understanding customer pain points and product use cases that solve these pain points.
Maintains robust messaging frameworks for the portfolio including key use cases, product benefits, and value propositions to ensure a consistent tone and style across all market activities.
Crafts and tunes customer-centric value propositions and product positioning to key buyer personas at each stage of the buying journey, using competitive intelligence and customer insights to differentiate the solution suite.
Serves as the marketing subject matter expert for the foundational identity and payments risk business line at Early Warning.
Collaborates with product marketing to define consistent best practices and infuse customer learning into marketing strategy.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
Plans, develops, and executes comprehensive go-to-market strategies for product, feature, and initiative launches in partnership with Product and Market Solutions teams.
Informs content, growth, and acquisition teams about the product roadmap, use cases, enhanced features, messaging, and business goals to align marketing strategy with product goals.
Owns a portfolio of solutions and plays a key role in go-to-market strategy for launches related to the assigned portfolio.
Content Creation and Sales Enablement:
Develops compelling solution narratives resonant with target audiences.
In partnership with content and sales teams, assesses the efficacy of sales enablement content and tools and optimizes, prioritizing quality over quantity.
Owns pitch decks for assigned solution portfolio, ensuring decks are customer-centric and updated with latest product messaging and features.
Owns partner marketing enablement toolkits as needed/assigned.
Partners with Market Solutions to provide sales teams with training, tools, and resources to effectively sell solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Works with product managers to understand features, benefits, target personas, and market conditions.
Collaborates with marketing centers of excellence to ensure cohesive strategy.
Engages with Market Solutions and Customer Insights Product Marketing to ensure the voice of the customer is central to all messaging.
Partners with data and market research teams to monitor the competitive landscape and fraud trends impacting financial services, surfacing best practices for product marketing.
Collaborates with Legal to ensure all messaging is compliant and reviewed before publishing.
Risk Management:
Supports the company's commitment to risk management and protects the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration, a related field, or equivalent education/experience.
Typically a minimum of 1–2 years (twelve) years of progressive experience in marketing, B2B product marketing, or related experience.
Strong executive presence and ability to match the message to the audience.
Excellent writing skills.
Foundational knowledge of modern B2B marketing strategies.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with internal and external stakeholders, including network participants and owner banks/customers, to create clear communications for diverse audiences.
Experience working cross-functionally in a hybrid and matrixed environment to drive alignment and execute initiatives.
Demonstrated business acumen and ability to articulate market potential and growth opportunities.
Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering results.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills and the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting priorities.
Ability to work under pressure, pivot quickly, and manage multiple assignments with concurrent deadlines.
Background checks and drug screen required.
Preferred Qualifications
Financial services, fintech, internet security or highly regulated industry experience preferred.
Physical Requirements Working conditions are a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive computer use. May involve standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and lifting up to 10 pounds occasionally. Requires visual acuity and dexterity for documents and equipment.

Base pay scale for this position in New York, NY / San Francisco, CA: $154,000 - $193,000 per year. Eligible for discretionary incentive plan and benefits. Pay scales subject to change. Early Warning considers factors such as scope, market rates, location, education, experience, and skills in determining offers. We support wage equity and prohibit discrimination.
