
Facilities and Real Estate Administrator

Overview
As a Compliance Auditor you will conduct research and assist in the drafting, testing and implementing of business continuity, contingency and disaster recovery plans enterprise-wide. In this position, you will participate in our risk management analysis used to assist us with development of these plans. You will be responsible for the execution of the testing process and will have the ability to identify, implement and administer a database and tools to track and manage event response and recovery to validate the plans. In addition, you will assist with facilitating and completing compliance audits for Reynolds and our affiliate companies. Other duties will include supporting the Director of Administration to organize and manage facility related projects and meetings with vendors.
Responsibilities

Assist with facilitating and completing compliance audits for Reynolds and affiliate companies.
Support the Director of Administration to organize and manage facility-related projects and meetings with vendors.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
Detail oriented and a self-starter with a strong work ethic
Ability to prioritize daily and handle constant change
Strong communication skills and ability to learn quickly
