• CHROs & People Ops: Demonstrate how embedded EOR and payroll services provide a seamless, high‑quality experience for international hires.

Demand Generation: Lead initiatives that advance Workday’s vision for an open, extensible, and AI‑powered enterprise platform.
About You You are a hands‑on sales leader who thrives in emerging product areas and can bridge the gap between complex technical integrations and business‑level ROI. You have a proven track record of selling disruptive technologies—specifically enterprise payroll, EOR, or HCM platforms—and you excel at leading teams through consultative sales motions.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, product, pre‑sales or consulting roles working directly with the C‑Suite (CFO, CHRO, CIO).
