Senior Business Analyst / Senior Project Analyst (Glendale, CA)
Optomi, in partnership with a leading entertainment company, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Project Analyst for a contracted, hybrid position in their Glendale office! In this role, you will be part of a team that is responsible for delivering scalable analytics and reporting solutions for the company. The role involves translating business goals into data products, KPIs, and user-centered experiences, serving as a bridge between stakeholders, data platforms, and engineering.

7+ years of business analysis experience in a large enterprise environment. 5+ years of product ownership or product-centric delivery experience. Strong experience designing analytics solutions, KPIs, dashboards, and data models. What the responsibilities are of the right candidate:
Lead stakeholder discovery and requirements gathering to understand business goals, user needs, and decision workflows. Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, including data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization. Support migration of Power BI dashboards to a React-based framework in partnership with engineering. Apply UI/UX principles to analytics solutions to ensure usability and adoption.
