WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Prospect & Research: Identify high-potential companies and the right decision-makers using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo. Build targeted lead lists that our team can act on immediately.

Run Outbound Outreach: Execute multi-touch outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone. You'll learn how to craft messaging that gets responses from busy executives.

Book Meetings: Your primary goal is simple: to get qualified introductory meetings on the calendar for our senior recruiters and account executives.

Track & Optimize: Log activity in our CRM, monitor campaign performance, and bring insights on what's working so we can sharpen our approach.

Stay Sharp on the Market: Track what's happening in the startup world, funding rounds, hiring surges, and company launches so our outreach hits at exactly the right moment.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR You don't need a sales background; you need the right mindset. We're looking for someone who:

Is enrolled in a Bachelor's program (Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar)

Communicates clearly and confidently in writing and on the phone

Is competitive, self-motivated, and doesn't need hand-holding to get things done

Is organized and detail-oriented follow-through is everything in sales

Is curious about sales, recruiting, startups, or B2B business any of the above

Is comfortable learning new tools and tech (CRM, outreach platforms, LinkedIn)
