Overview Swell Media is looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Coordinator to join our team in managing and optimizing the digital footprint for a diverse portfolio of brands. This role is the "engine room" of our client's success, responsible for translating raw marketplace data into actionable growth strategies. You will manage the health and performance of brands across their direct ecommerce sites and major third‑party retailers including Amazon, Walmart, and Target. This person is a key part of the digital team and is responsible for working with the project managers, ad teams, and merchandisers to update content, report the numbers, and produce client reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Primary Focus: Data analysis, reporting execution, and campaign and content execution support.

Omnichannel Reporting: Build and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards using Google Looker Studio, Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other tools to track KPIs across multiple platforms.

Performance Analysis: Conduct weekly and monthly deep dives into sales data, advertising spend (ROAS/ACOS), and conversion rates to identify trends and optimization opportunities.

Catalog & Data Management: Work as part of the team that ensures product listings, pricing, and promotional data are accurate and up to date across retail and DTC platforms.

Strategic Insights: Collaborate with team to review trends and provide data‑backed recommendations to help improve overall sales performance.

Data Analysis: Coordinate and conduct daily, weekly and ad‑hoc analysis requests from clients.

Reporting Support: Assist in the creation and maintenance of all performance and analysis reports which may be in Google Looker, Power BI, Tableau, or other platform.

Trend Monitoring: Identify and flag anomalies in performance data (e.g., a sudden drop in ROAS or a "Buy Box" loss).

Campaign and Content Updates: Work as part of the team to update marketing campaigns, product details, and brand content on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI and Google Looker Studio are highly preferred.

Detail Orientation: High level of accuracy when managing large datasets, reviewing trends, creating dashboards and implementing content or merchandising changes.

Excel Mastery: Must be comfortable with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic data cleaning.

Aptitude: A strong desire to learn the nuances of e‑commerce and retail platforms including Shopify, Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and other platforms.

Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, or Economics.
