Oversee enhancements and rollouts of key financial platforms tied to revenue processes and reporting. Work with various stakeholders to maintain alignment between tools and organizational priorities. Distill complex ideas into clear, usable insights for a general audience. Identify/prioritize improvement opportunities, ensuring they support broader objectives. Guide testing and review efforts to help ensure successful system changes. Evaluate how changes in offerings and business approach may affect existing systems and workflows. Support continuous optimization by leveraging automation and improved process design. Skill Set: Relevant academic background in a business or technical discipline. Min 7 yrs experience supporting and evolving revenue operations or system landscapes within larger organizations. Experience working with platforms that manage rev-related processes. Solid understanding of the full rev lifecycle/related operational frameworks. Understanding of core rev workflows, governance, and underlying financial concepts. Experience working across interconnected business systems in a technology-driven environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to draw connections between data, systems, and outcomes.
