Broad generalist tax work across HNW (1040), partnerships, S corps, C corps, trusts, estates, nonprofits
Heavy focus on flow‑through entities and complex multi‑entity tax structures
Work with major industries: Real Estate, Construction, Manufacturing & Distribution, Retail, and Consumer Products
Bonus if you bring experience with startups, 1031 exchanges, stock‑based compensation, and keeping current with evolving tax law
