High-End Insurance Sales Agency seeking top-tier salespeople
who are self-motivated, self-managing, and independent. Who We ARE NOT Looking For: Agents who are desperate to make money Agents who cannot afford their own leads Agents who need hand-holding at every step Agents selling low-premium policies ($30-70/month) Uncoachable agents with a large ego Who We ARE Looking For: Competent, articulate agents with effective communication skills Agents comfortable with high premiums, averaging over $250/month Agents who follow a proven system without needing motivation Our company partners with multiple lead vendors and high-end insurance carriers offering high-ticket IUL, IBC, and FIA products. We operate exclusively through virtual sales via phone or Zoom, with agents investing $1,000–$1,500 weekly in leads to generate $7,000–$15,000 in premiums. We do not participate in lead assist programs. We offer high starting contracts, a proven training system, and trusted lead sources. Our goal is to expand our team with more talented agents.
