A quick snapshot The Salesforce + AWS Partner Manager at Conga plays a pivotal role in driving two of our most critical strategic alliances and accelerating our market expansion. This role deepens Conga’s footprint within these ecosystems through co‑selling, marketplace engagement, and joint go‑to‑market initiatives. The manager aligns partnership strategy with business goals, manages day‑to‑day execution, and fosters high‑impact relationships that contribute to revenue growth and mutual customer success. They must focus on both partnerships simultaneously, ensuring Conga’s solutions are positioned for growth across both ecosystems.

What You’ll Be Doing

Drive co‑sell motions via Salesforce Agentforce, leveraging Salesforce’s enterprise reach and CRM dominance.

Support AWS Marketplace transactions, customer cloud spend commitments, new partner incentives/programs, and co‑sell opportunities.

Enable internal and external field teams, identify joint opportunities, and execute strategic motions with partner counterparts.

Required Experience

Develop, implement, and oversee a comprehensive global business plan for partnership‑led initiatives across Salesforce and AWS, ensuring alignment with overall GTM strategy.

Drive market share by qualifying and delivering leads that build the pipeline for the Sales Executive team in the two partner ecosystems.

Act proactively—complete work and introduce beneficial outreach sequences without waiting for direction.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail and time management; organizational and follow‑up skills are essential for growing the program and business.

Show resourcefulness and collaborate effectively, utilizing various resources and applying knowledge across the business.

Present confidently to partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.

Champion of the Customer Act as the primary advocate for customer needs and requirements, ensuring their voice is heard and addressed throughout the solution development process. Collaborate closely with customers to understand their challenges and goals, and work diligently to deliver solutions that exceed expectations and drive success.
