GeoWealth is a Chicago‑based fintech firm that offers an award‑winning digital advisory platform, including Turnkey Asset Management Platform (“TAMP”) capabilities. We deliver a comprehensive and fully integrated wealth management technology platform to professionals in the financial services industry.
Based either in the Oak Brook, IL or Chicago, IL, the Vice President, Enterprise Solutions is responsible for owning the post‑sale enterprise client experience, ensuring clients are successfully onboarded, fully adopted, and continuously deriving value from the firm’s platform and solutions. This role serves as the primary strategic partner to clients after contract execution, focusing on client satisfaction, platform utilization, retention, and expansion.
In addition to managing existing client relationships, the VP, Enterprise Solutions leads outreach related to new product launches, enhancements, and implementations, working cross‑functionally with Sales, Strategic Consulting, Enterprise Services, Advisor Services and Product. This role will build and scale the Enterprise Solutions function, defining service models, engagement strategies, and success metrics as the business grows.
Responsibilities: Client Ownership & Success
Own the ongoing success, satisfaction, and retention of clients post‑sale
Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic enterprise relationships
Ensure clients are using the platform efficiently and in alignment with best practices
Identify risks, adoption gaps, and opportunities to improve client outcomes
Platform Adoption, Enablement & Expansion
Drive adoption of platform capabilities, workflows, and new features across enterprise clients
Lead proactive outreach related to new products, enhancements, and platform updates
Partner with Product teams to support enterprise implementations and integrations
Identify expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales
New Products & Implementations
Lead enterprise‑facing rollout of new products, services, and platform enhancements
Coordinate implementation plans, timelines, and communications for enterprise clients
Act as the voice of enterprise clients in shaping go‑to‑market and enablement strategies
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Strategic Consulting to ensure seamless handoff post transition.
Collaborate with Enterprise Services and Advisor Services teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality support
Work with Product, Trading, and Operations to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement
Align enterprise client strategy with overall firm growth objectives
Function & Team Development
Build and scale the Enterprise Solutions function, including role definition, hiring, and career paths
Establish engagement models, success metrics, and operating rhythms
Develop playbooks, best practices, and standardized client engagement frameworks
Mentor and develop team members as the function grows
Define and track key performance indicators including client satisfaction, adoption, retention, and expansion
Use data and client feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Drive continuous refinement of enterprise client engagement strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
10 years of experience in enterprise client success, enterprise solutions, relationship management, or consulting within fintech, SaaS, financial services, or wealth management
Proven experience managing enterprise client relationships post‑sale
Demonstrated success building and scaling client‑facing teams or functions
Strong understanding of platform‑based business models and client adoption dynamics
Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus
Experience in wealthtech, fintech, TAMPs, or enterprise SaaS
Familiarity working closely with sales and go‑to‑market teams

SALARY RANGE: Starting at $120,000-$140,000 + Benefits
