
Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager - All US Offices

Mintz is seeking a Senior Marketing Campaigns Manager to lead the execution of high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that elevate the firm’s brand, drive client engagement, and support strategic business objectives. Reporting to the Associate Director, Brand and Integrated Marketing, this role requires strong project management skills, deep experience in integrated marketing, and the ability to collaborate across teams and practice areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Execution
Partner with Marketing and Business Development leaders to identify campaign opportunities aligned with firm priorities, including thought leadership, industry initiatives, and client engagement programs.
Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development managers to define campaign goals, messaging, target audiences and cross-promotion opportunities.
Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle including planning, creative development, content strategy, channel execution (digital, social, email, events, etc.) and ongoing optimization and performance reporting.
Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance, optimize engagement strategies, and inform future marketing initiatives.
Project Management
Drive cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.
Manage timelines, resources, and dependencies throughout the campaign lifecycle for multiple campaigns at a time.
Partner with Marketing and Business Development colleagues to deliver effective and transparent stakeholder communications.
Navigate potential challenges or delays by effectively identifying and escalating roadblocks and issues to function leadership.
Track and report campaign performance metrics, providing insights and partnering with leadership to make recommendations for optimization.
Brand Alignment
Partner with the Creative and Brand teams to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints.
Ensure all campaign assets and messaging are consistent with the firm’s brand standards and voice.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Train Marketing & Business Development professionals, providing guidance on campaign best practices and integrated marketing approaches.
Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across relevant teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic campaigns.
This role requires 60% in office presence; remote work is permissible 40% of the time.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
9+ years of experience in strategic marketing or campaign management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-channel campaigns from concept to execution.
Familiarity with project management tools and AI-enabled Marketing workflow technology.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.
Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to influence others.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to function in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, prioritize multiple projects on a daily basis, and adjust to shifting priorities.
Strong sense of urgency.
Facility analyzing, working with and presenting data.
Ability to collaborate and gain the respect, trust, and confidence of the Firm’s attorneys and professional staff.
Possess a “hands-on” tactical approach.
Creative and proactive approach to problem solving.
Facilitate teamwork and identify opportunities to develop new processes/infrastructure.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in using Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to quickly get up to speed and master new applications and software is critical.
Prior experience managing staff is required.
