Dify is redefining the construction and orchestration of Generative AI applications globally. We have already secured remarkable success in the European market, boasting a portfolio of flagship enterprise clients including
Mercedes-Benz, Maersk, and Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) .
As the
first local full-time sales hire (Team One)
for Dify in Europe, you will be a pioneer blending technical acumen with enterprise-grade closing power. This is a high-impact role: candidates who successfully prove the scalability of our local market model will have a clear path to becoming the
Regional Sales Leader
within the next 12 months.
Core Responsibilities
Scale Enterprise Revenue:
Leverage existing pilot successes with top-tier European firms to rapidly replicate success across target accounts. You will own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to closing—driving the commercial adoption of the Dify Enterprise Edition.
Outbound Hunter Excellence:
Proactively identify and build a high-quality pipeline. You are expected to use your industry network and advanced cold-outreach techniques to break into new strategic accounts.
Navigate Complex Procurement:
Lead professional engagements through the intricacies of enterprise buying cycles, including vendor onboarding, legal negotiations, and stringent
Security & Compliance reviews .
Technical Evangelism:
Act as a thought leader who can communicate Dify’s core value proposition (Workflows, Agents, DevOps) to C‑suite executives and technical stakeholders alike.

Experience selling complex SaaS/software solutions to Mid‑market and Large Enterprises, preferably within a top‑tier global software firm.

You embrace rapid change and find fulfillment in hitting challenging milestones. You understand the long‑term value of
Stock Options
and the mission‑driven nature of an early‑stage powerhouse.
Ecosystem Knowledge:
