Strategic Account Manager
Solventum invites you to join our team as a Strategic Account Manager to support key client partnerships and expand our footprint in Health Information Systems products and services.
Responsibilities
Revenue and retention contract management - responsible for the management and execution of all contractual engagements for existing and new clients, including creating and driving completion of SOWs, discussing pricing, contract negotiation, coordinating integration calls and contract renewals. This is a non-sales, non-commissioned role.
Recognize at risk, contract and compliance issues
Proactively track and monitor current and past due invoices
Identify potential products/partnerships at risk and escalate to business leaders promptly to assist with resolution
Identify potential sales opportunities and engage with sales associates and/or leadership to engage (Sales rep, content leader, development leader, etc.)
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
Identify and grow opportunities within the mutual client territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all appropriate contractual documentation, including but not limited to pricing, amendments, scope of work, letters of representation, MOU, contract receipts, CMRs, etc.
Develop new business with existing and/or potential new targets
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, annual forecasts)
Prepare and present status of current and future state contractual work efforts
Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within mutual client targets
Handle invoice and contract questions or complaints, solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction
Coordinate with other departments and local account executives to ensure overall consistency and satisfaction in the sales process
Ability to receive, review and redact pertinent contract language specific for the delivery to the business partner vendor management teams
Reconcile contracted payments
Skills and Expertise
Bachelor's Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
OR
High School Diploma/GED AND 9 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
Experience as a Sales Account Manager or Sales Account Executive
Knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, Softrax)

Location Remote
Travel May include up to 10% domestic
Legal Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
Onboarding New hires will be required to travel to a designated company location for on-site onboarding during their initial days of employment. Travel arrangements and related expenses will be coordinated and paid for by the company.
