At Ginger’s Revenge, we make bold, refreshing hard ginger beer – and we have a lot of fun doing it. We’re a craft brewery based in Asheville, NC, and one of the only breweries in the country dedicated to brewing hard ginger beer. Now in our tenth year, we’re growing our distribution footprint and continuing to evolve – and we’re looking for someone to help us strengthen and grow our presence across North and South Carolina.
We’re a small but mighty team that values:
quality and craftsmanship
curiosity and continuous improvement
showing up for each other

That looks like:
Growing volume through both new placements and increased velocity
Building strong relationships with distributor reps and key buyers
Supporting accounts to ensure consistent reorders
Identifying opportunities and acting on them with focus and follow‑through
This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in executing consistently in the field and building momentum over time.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with distributor teams to drive accountability and results in the market
Support and help coordinate sampling events and in‑market activations
Maintain accurate notes, account updates, and activity tracking in CRM systems
Analyze sales data and identify opportunities to improve performance across your territory
Share insights from the field with leadership and marketing
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
Enjoys being in the field and interacting with customers and partners

Takes ownership of their work and follows through consistently
Is comfortable working independently while staying accountable to goals
