Qualifications
Possess 8-12+ years of experience managing marketing operations.
Have extensive hands‑on skill with platforms like Marketo and HubSpot.
Demonstrate success in building or improving marketing workflows and systems.
Be highly analytical, with expertise in performance tracking and reporting.
Capable of working independently in fast‑paced environments and leading cross‑functional teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple initiatives simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with marketing, sales, and IT teams.
Proven track record of implementing scalable marketing automation solutions.
Experience in a financial services or investment management environment is a plus.
Deep understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices in data security.
Ability to translate complex technical processes into understandable concepts for stakeholders.
Experience leading vendor management and system integrations.
Skilled in identifying process bottlenecks and implementing efficiency improvements.
Proficient in SQL or data querying tools is a plus.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to mentor team members and foster team development.
