The Role:
This is a Closer position designed to support a structured intake and appointment‑setting team within a high‑volume, inbound system that is already producing consistent results. You’ll handle paid, high‑intent immigration consultations with individuals and families navigating complex and often life‑changing immigration matters. Your role is to consult, educate, and convert with clarity, empathy, and professionalism—guiding prospects through their legal options and confidently securing retainers when representation is the right fit. You’ll operate inside a high‑performance, ethical sales environment, collaborating closely with intake and leadership to ensure every client is onboarded with accuracy, care, and respect for the significance of their case.
The Ideal Candidate
Have
experience closing high‑ticket offers , ideally in legal, financial, healthcare, or other professional services
Have a College education
Bring
emotional intelligence , maturity, and professionalism to every conversation
Experience with
Salesforce or other large CRMs
Can confidently guide people through
sensitive, emotionally charged conversations
Have a strong record of sales performance, pipeline management, and
consultative closing
Thrive in a
structured , fast‑paced,
in‑person
environment
Are
coachable , adaptable, ethical and collaborative with leadership and support staff
Live in or are able to
commute daily to New York, NY
Compensation
On Target Earnings = $90K-$110,000/year
($52K base + commission)
Established pipeline with plenty of inbound lead flow
Mix of work from home and in‑office flexibility
