Mortgage Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Mortgage Sales Manager to lead our secondary market lending function in Knoxville, TN.
Responsibilities
Manage the secondary market lending function of the loan production office, ensuring compliance with all banking regulations.
Ensure borrowers receive required documents such as Good Faith Estimates and RESPA documents.
Educate staff and enforce policies and procedures related to secondary market lending, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Hire and train loan production sales personnel, providing accurate and timely feedback on progress.
Complete annual reviews for all loan officers under supervision.
Qualifications
High‑school diploma or GED required; college coursework in business, finance, or insurance preferred.
At least two years of secondary market lending experience.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, email software, and the Internet.
Knowledge of bank secondary market policies and procedures, loan platforms, federal regulations, and reverse mortgage guidelines (FHA/HUD).
Knowledge of investor guidelines.
