Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing customer accounts, and ensuring satisfaction. Core duties include identifying customer needs, providing product recommendations, negotiating contracts, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution and improve customer experience to meet organizational goals. Qualifications
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience building and maintaining client relationships Proven expertise in customer service and account management strategies Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze customer needs, provide solutions, and identify growth opportunities Organizational, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in CRM software and basic business applications desired Knowledge of agriculture, dairy, or livestock industries is an asset Bachelor’s degree in Animal or Dairy Science, or equivalent work experience.
