Key Responsibilities
Guide clients through itinerary planning and travel coordination
Research destination options, accommodations, and transportation using approved platforms
Provide tailored suggestions that align with traveler preferences and budgets
Maintain professional communication via email, phone, and messaging systems
Monitor reservation updates, adjustments, and service requests as needed
Keep organized and accurate client records within internal systems
Participate in onboarding sessions, team updates, and ongoing training opportunities
