LHH is partnering with a growing organization in the Greater Phoenix area to identify an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and evolve the company’s people strategy. This is a high‑impact leadership role for a hands‑on HR professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and enjoys partnering closely with executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute the organization’s overall HR strategy aligned with business objectives

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on employee relations, organizational design, and workforce planning

Oversee core HR functions including employee relations, talent management, performance management, compliance, and policy development

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations

Drive initiatives related to culture, engagement, retention, and leadership development

Manage and develop the HR team while improving processes, systems, and scalability

Partner with leadership on change management, growth initiatives, and organizational effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including HR leadership at the Director level

Strong working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices

Proven ability to influence and partner with executive leadership

Experience supporting multi‑disciplinary teams and growing organizations
