Director of Human Resources
to lead and elevate the HR function. This is a key leadership role partnering closely with the Executive Leadership team to drive both strategic initiatives and day-to-day HR operations. We’re looking for a
hands‑on leader
who can seamlessly balance execution with strategy, bringing strong business acumen and a practical, solutions‑oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on all HR‑related matters Lead and execute HR strategy aligned with business objectives Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace Manage payroll processes and ensure accuracy and compliance Ensure full compliance with California labor laws and regulations Drive HR initiatives across talent, performance management, and organizational development Qualifications:
5–10 years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of
California labor laws Proven experience in
employee relations
and
