Pay: $60,000–$95,000+ per year (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)

Responsibilities
Sell auto, home, renters, motorcycle, and umbrella insurance policies
Cross‑sell and round out existing customer accounts
Follow up on warm leads and quote opportunities
Generate referrals and build long‑term client relationships
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Maintain accurate client records and compliance standards
Requirements
Active Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)
Prior insurance sales experience preferred
Strong closing skills and ability to overcome objections
Self‑motivated and goal‑driven
Comfortable working independently (for remote role)
