National Service Bureau (NSB) – Remote Subrogation Agent
National Service Bureau (NSB) is seeking experienced Remote Subrogation Agents to join our team. In this role, you will work directly with insurance carriers and responsible parties to recover subrogation balances on behalf of our clients.

Job Responsibilities
Communicate via phone with insurance carriers and uninsured motorists
Make outbound calls (75+/day)
Utilize software to note accounts and communicate with insurance companies
Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for our clients
Coordinate with team members on accounts
Document accounts with proper notes to ensure quick communication
Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Meet the collector target metrics
At least 4 years of collections experience
Secure home office consisting of:
Dedicated high-speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with a hardwired connection (no wi‑fi)
Internet speed: 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, latency 100 ms or below
No T-Mobile Home 5G Internet
Dedicated space free from background noise and distractions
Clear and professional backdrop
Strong empathy and high level of professionalism
Excellent communication skills and ability to stay motivated and positive
Attention to detail, time management, and computer/typing skills
Proficiency with collaboration software for video teamwork
Location & Availability This is a fully remote position that requires the applicant to be located more than 90 miles from any NSB location and to be in the Eastern Time or Central Time zones. Not hiring in the following states: NY, TX, PA, DC, MA, CT, ME, VT, CO, MT, CA, OR, MD, NJ.
Training & Development NSB provides a comprehensive training program on your first day designed to hone current skills and provide the knowledge necessary for success. Training includes classroom instruction, interactive learning, and ongoing guidance.
