IFS Loops is our Agentic Digital Worker Platform that brings Industrial AI into real operational execution. Loops enables governed, autonomous Digital Workers that observe, decide and act across enterprise workflows, extending IFS Cloud and third‑party systems. As the cutting edge of IFS’s AI strategy, Loops plays a central role in delivering scalable, enterprise‑ready autonomy to mission‑critical industries.

Role Summary The Director of Solution Marketing for IFS Loops owns and runs Loops‑led marketing campaigns that drive pipeline growth, solution adoption and market visibility. The role is central to positioning IFS Loops as the leading enterprise platform for agentic AI and Digital Workers, translating advanced AI capabilities into clear, credible, outcome‑driven campaigns for industrial buyers. You will execute campaign initiatives while contributing heavily to inbound and net‑new demand in collaboration with central IFS marketing, regional teams, product marketing and sales.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on, execution‑oriented marketer comfortable operating at the cutting edge of AI while grounded in enterprise go‑to‑market realities. You will plan, build, launch and optimise campaigns end‑to‑end, working directly in HubSpot (or similar platforms) and using performance data to drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute IFS Loops‑led marketing campaigns that position Loops as IFS’s Agentic Digital Worker Platform and engine for autonomous, AI‑driven execution.

Translate Loops platform strategy, Digital Worker launches and agentic AI narratives into clear, executable GTM campaigns.

Drive inbound and net‑new demand for Digital Workers and the Loops platform in collaboration with central IFS demand, digital and regional marketing teams.

Prioritise campaign development based on pipeline gaps, platform adoption goals, industry focus areas and AI product milestones.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product Marketing to convert platform positioning, Digital Worker use cases and proof points into campaign‑ready messaging.

Work with sales and solution teams to ensure campaigns reinforce platform‑level value, not just point use cases.

Align with central IFS marketing to ensure Loops is consistently represented as a strategic, differentiated AI platform, not a standalone feature set.

Content, Operations & Optimisation

Own creation of high‑impact content and assets that explain agentic AI, Digital Workers and autonomous execution in enterprise‑relevant terms.

Operate directly within HubSpot or equivalent marketing automation and CRM platforms, managing campaigns, attribution, reporting and optimisation.

Analyse campaign performance against KPIs including pipeline contribution, marketing‑influenced revenue and conversion metrics, continuously refining execution.

Web, Digital & Market Presence

Own and evolve the IFS Loops sections of ifs.com, ensuring Loops is positioned as IFS’s AI platform for Digital Workers and industrial autonomy.

Collaborate with SEO and digital teams to improve discoverability and relevance for key AI, Digital Worker and platform terms.

Salary Range: $150,000 to $190,000 annually + bonus
