Base pay range
$160,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Adeptis Group has partnered with a global IT services leader to help expand their customer engineering function in the U.S. We’re hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant to lead technical engagement across key enterprise accounts - helping clients design, refine, and execute complex networking strategies in partnership with sales and delivery teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a high-trust, customer-facing role where technical credibility and business alignment go hand-in-hand. The Opportunity As the technical voice for the customer, you’ll be embedded across a set of enterprise accounts -helping to drive opportunity development, solution design, and long-term value creation. You’ll collaborate closely with the sales team, internal architects, delivery leads, and vendor partners to scope and build modern networking environments that span across campus, data center, and cloud. What You’ll Be Doing Act as lead technical advisor in new and existing enterprise client engagements Shape and validate networking solutions across SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, wireless, and edge infrastructure Work alongside account teams to understand client environments and recommend tailored approaches Produce high-level and low-level designs, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps Support technical presentations, workshops, demos, and proofs of concept Maintain strong vendor relationships to stay ahead of new networking trends and technologies Contribute to client proposals, RFP responses, and business case development Bridge pre-sales and delivery — ensuring what’s scoped is truly deliverable What You Bring 7+ years of hands-on experience in networking architecture and solution design Proven experience supporting mid-market and large enterprise customers Skilled at translating technical complexity into business value Background in professional services, VARs, or systems integrators preferred Clear communicator and trusted client partner — both technical and consultative Nice to Have: Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or Aruba Certified Design Expert Experience with public cloud networking (Azure, AWS) Exposure to network security, automation, or SASE platforms Why It’s a Great Fit Join a stable, growing services business with a strong project pipeline Take true ownership of your accounts and influence outcomes Work with cutting-edge technology and a smart, collaborative team Competitive base, strong bonus plan, and full benefits Remote-first role with regional travel as needed To learn more, apply confidentially or connect with Ross White at Adeptis Group.
