Your Role As an Associate Consultant for Propellint, a ReSource Pro company, you will contribute to insurance technology and data initiatives by supporting assigned workstreams and end-to-end delivery activities. The Associate Consultant will perform business analysis, support implementation execution, and collaborate with client stakeholders under the guidance of senior consultants, while building deeper domain and consulting expertise.

All remote positions are based in the United States, and candidates must reside within the U.S. to be eligible for consideration.

In This Role, You Will

Support end‑to‑end business requirements activities from discovery through validation and approval

Participate in structured stakeholder workshops to elicit, analyze, and document complex business needs; recommend scope definition, prioritization, dependency mapping, and change control in partnership with delivery leadership

Serve as a subject‑matter expert for P&C insurance platforms, including policy, claims, billing, underwriting operations, and reporting systems

Apply real‑world insurance operations experience to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and outcome‑driven; collaborate closely with client stakeholders and technical teams to validate requirements and solution intent

Ensure requirements are traceable through design, testing, and delivery phases

Support and lead implementation efforts from project kickoff through go‑live across client, internal, and third‑party teams; collaborate with project managers to develop delivery plans, milestones, risk mitigation strategies, and dependency tracking

Contribute to the creation and maintenance of key delivery documentation, including functional specifications and test plans

Responsible for system configuration and solution design to ensure alignment with approved business requirements; coordinate testing activities, including system testing, UAT preparation, and production readiness; provide hands‑on guidance to clients during UAT to support successful adoption and issue resolution; serve as an escalation point for delivery risks, issues, and client concerns

Responsible for delivery quality, readiness, and adherence to implementation standards

Serve as a trusted advisor to client leadership across operational, technical, and strategic initiatives; support executive‑level communications, presentations, and decision‑making forums

Responsible for ensuring system configurations accurately reflect real‑world operational workflows and compliance needs

Recommend reporting, analytics, and data enablement strategies to support business insights

Contribute to identifying opportunities for operational improvement, automation, and enhanced reporting capabilities; support platform adoption by aligning technology capabilities with business processes

What You Need To Be Successful…

Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or related field

3‑5 years’ experience in business analysis, consulting, insurance operations, or technology implementation

Hands‑on experience in insurance operations (claims, underwriting, policy, billing) preferred

Experience executing complex system implementations

Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders, senior stakeholders, and executive leadership

Effective client advisory, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

Proven ownership of implementation governance and delivery outcomes; ability to translate strategy into executable plans and measurable business results

Analytical reasoning and structured problem‑solving capacity; ability to navigate ambiguity and provide clear, structured guidance in evolving environments

Your Compensation… Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes annual bonus eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position, and the salary range for most locations for this role is

$55,822 - $94,760

annually. The salary range may vary based on experience and on the specific geographic location in which the candidate resides.
