Job Description The Senior Director, Supply Chain Planning & Execution leads all planning functions in the Global Water Business unit (≈$2.45 B revenue). The role focuses on demand, supply, inventory planning and the execution of the S&OP process.

Position Location This role is eligible for a hybrid schedule, reporting to the Deerfield, IL HQ Tues‑Thurs with flexibility to work remotely on Monday & Friday.

Key Responsibilities

Execution leader of the S&OP process for the Water business unit, ensuring a standard, consistent, and robust operating rhythm.

Drive the demand planning process and own metrics for improvement.

Oversee supply and material planning, ensuring alignment with operations, procurement, and logistics.

Highlight planning constraints & develop trade‑off options for negotiation and management.

Facilitate the weekly S&OE Pulse Meeting, focusing on execution of the consensus plan.

Exceed key business metrics: customer service (fill rate, on time, OTIF), working capital, and forecasting accuracy.

Leadership Competencies

Clear, succinct communication across all organizational levels.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s desired.

12+ years of progressive supply‑chain planning leadership, with deep expertise in demand, supply, and inventory planning; S&OP experience required.

Prior SAP ERP experience (ECC, S4/Hana) and advanced planning tool implementation preferred.

Proven ability to drive results, influence senior leaders, and make strategic decisions with urgency.

Advanced analytical and Excel skills; strong supply‑chain analytics and modeling knowledge.

Strong executive communication, storytelling, emotional intelligence, and stakeholder management.

Additional Information Base salary range: $191,000 USD – $310,000 USD, plus optional annual bonus or role‑based incentive plan. Comprehensive benefits include health plans, 401(k) with company match, product discounts, flexible time off, adoption benefits, and multiple ERGs.
