Account Executive
to grow and manage client relationships while bringing biophilic design to life.
In this role, you’ll partner with existing clients, uncover new opportunities, and help transform commercial spaces with interior plants, exterior enhancements, and seasonal décor—while also having the opportunity to pursue and win new business through outside sales.

What You’ll Do
Build strong, lasting client relationships
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
Prospect and win new business through outside sales efforts
Deliver impactful proposals and presentations
Serve as a trusted advisor on biophilic design solutions
Manage pipeline, forecasts, and performance through CRM tools
What We’re Looking For
Experience in sales or account management
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A results-driven, self-motivated mindset
Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
CRM experience (HubSpot)
