We are currently seeking a Salesforce Developer to join the Customer & Field Service Experience Agile Release Train (ART) within the Service Experience Value Stream (VS). As a Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. You will work closely with technology analysts, developers and business stakeholders to customize and optimize our Salesforce platform while also contributing to the broader Customer Service Representative, Field Service, and Agent Desktop strategy.

What Youʼll Do

Lead the Salesforce development and provide technical direction for the Service Experience VS.

Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using both front‑end and back‑end technologies to meet business needs.

Architect, evaluate, and refine Salesforce applications and infrastructure to enhance scalability, security, and performance while aligning with business objectives and best practices.

Strong interpersonal skills to work with business stakeholders and technology partners to deliver and enhance new/existing capabilities.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the Salesforce and cross‑platform environment to ensure optimal performance and user experience.

Optimize the software development lifecycle and enhance Salesforce applications through continuous improvement, automation, and risk mitigation.

Document and maintain technical artifacts to ensure up‑to‑date records of application states and system configurations.

Quickly learn and apply new technologies while staying current with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance business solutions and system capabilities.

Foster a collaborative team environment, work closely with colleagues to drive innovation and achieve business goals.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver high‑quality outcomes.

What Youʼll Bring

Bachelorʼs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study is required

7+ years of hands‑on experience in Salesforce development and administration.

Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (experience with LWC a plus).

Strong understanding of the Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.

Skilled in REST/SOAP API integrations and other Salesforce integration tools.

Proficient in Apex controllers, Triggers, Batch Apex, and programmatic solutions.
