Position Overview: Trade With the Pros is seeking a

Marketing Performance Manager

to own and scale our

internal marketing and engagement function . This role is responsible for lifecycle marketing, member communications, re-engagement, and event marketing, with a clear mandate:

drive engagement, improve conversion, and get campaigns out the door—on time.

This is a

hands-on role

for someone who takes ownership, thrives in imperfect systems, and knows how to turn strategy into execution.

Key Responsibilities

Own email and CRM strategy across nurture, lifecycle, remarketing, and re-activation campaigns

Improve conversion from and re-activate older or dormant leads

Lead internal communications including product updates, launches, and ongoing member engagement

Coordinate messaging across social media channels (with execution support)

Develop and implement internal marketing strategies—from idea to launch

Build and execute strategic product and event launches

What Success Looks Like:

Improved engagement across email and social channels

Higher conversion rates from leads to paid members

Meaningful re-engagement of older and inactive leads

Campaigns that launch

consistently, cleanly, and on schedule

This role is for someone who:

Is comfortable operating in evolving systems—and improving themThinks strategically but executes relentlessly

Qualifications:

5–10 years of experience in lifecycle, engagement, or internal marketing

Strong background in email marketing and CRM platforms

Experience coordinating campaigns, events, and cross-channel messaging

Financial publishing or education experience is a plus
