Responsibilities
Preparing and reviewing highly complex tax returns—including individual, fiduciary, corporate, partnership, and nonprofit filings—while ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
Evaluating tax strategies across individuals, trusts, and estates from multiple perspectives to maximize tax efficiency.
Leading and reviewing staff work to ensure compliance with firm standards, processes, and deadlines.
Partnering with clients to develop comprehensive wealth transition strategies, including cash flow modeling, income distribution planning, business succession, estate preservation, and estate plan implementation.
Reviewing and interpreting legal documents related to estate planning and business succession.
Conducting technical research on individual, trust, and estate tax compliance and planning matters.
Mentoring, coaching, and developing team members through ongoing feedback, recognition, and support.
Managing client relationships by proactively identifying planning opportunities and delivering value‑added solutions.
Contributing to business development efforts through prospect identification, proposal and engagement preparation, industry research, and participation in networking and professional events.
