About The Role TEEMA is partnering with a mission-driven organization to hire a Salesforce Health Cloud Developer II to support and enhance enterprise Salesforce Health Cloud solutions. This role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting Salesforce Health Cloud applications, working closely with administrators, developers, and business stakeholders.
This position is fully remote, provided the candidate resides in one of the approved states listed above, and offers the opportunity to work on complex healthcare and government‑related systems.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce Health Cloud customizations and enhancements
Support integrations between Salesforce and third‑party systems using REST/SOAP APIs
Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and cross‑functional teams on system design and workflows
Develop UI components and workflows aligned with business requirements
Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for scalable, maintainable solutions
Provide production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for end users
Develop and execute system and program test plans
Maintain technical documentation, system design documents, and change control records
Support Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, user stories, and retrospectives
Assist with DevOps and CI/CD processes
Participate in on‑call support rotations as required
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of general application development and support experience
1+ year of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Health Cloud
1+ year of experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD practices
Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows, JavaScript
Experience integrating systems using REST and SOAP APIs
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment (Jira or similar tools)
Strong ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders
U.S. Citizenship
Ability to obtain a favorable DoD background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of application development experience
2+ years of Salesforce Health Cloud experience
Salesforce certifications (App Builder, Platform Developer I or II)
Experience with Aura, OmniScript, Einstein Analytics
Experience supporting healthcare systems or government contract environments
Strong written and verbal communication skills
