Engagement Manager (Enterprise SaaS) Trust, Safety & Malware, New York , Remote I’m partnering with a high-growth AI trust, safety, and security company working with some of the biggest names in tech to tackle critical challenges across AI risk, platform safety, and enterprise security. They’re looking for a consultative, relationship-driven Engagement Manager to own strategic enterprise relationships and help leading organizations safely deploy and scale AI-powered technologies. What You’ll Do: Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for enterprise customers Build and maintain long-term, trust-based stakeholder relationships Monitor account health and identify expansion and growth opportunities Partner with senior leadership to develop targeted engagement and account plans Track goals, feedback, and milestones, sharing insights internally Collaborate cross-functionally (product, operations, leadership) to deliver outcomes Identify and elevate risks to ensure retention and long-term success What They’re Looking For: 3+ years’ experience in consulting, customer success, or a client-facing role Exposure to Trust & Safety, Cyber Intelligence, AI Safety, Security, or Investigations is a strong plus Excellent communication skills with a low-ego, collaborative approach Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable in complex environments Thrives in fast-paced, high-impact teams Why This Role: Work at the forefront of AI risk, trust, and platform safety Partner with global tech leaders and frontier AI teams Join a mission‑driven, fast‑scaling company Clear opportunities for career progression and leadership growth
