Job Description ProSidian seeks a Training & Adoption Specialist (Learning Management System (LMS) & Training Support) – SAP NS2 SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) Administration Support (job code NSF0023023). The position is an Exempt W2, USA‐resident only, located in the Mid‑Atlantic region and is classified as a Mid‑Level Professional.

The Specialist will support a Human Capital Analytics & IT Modernization engagement for a federal science agency (National Science Foundation).

Job Overview Provide services and support as a Training & Adoption Specialist focused on HR technology ecosystem and enterprise‑wide decision‑making.

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation, enhance data‑driven decision‑making, support regulatory compliance, facilitate IT system integration and optimize service delivery.

Work as an on‑site Administrator and SME for SAP NS2 SuccessFactors, supporting Tier II technical duties, help desk statistics, issue tracking, course creation, tracking and compliance reporting.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation;

Enhance data‑driven decision‑making using role‑based advanced analytics and business intelligence;

Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies;

Facilitate seamless integration of IT systems and workforce planning tools;

Optimize service delivery through performance‑based outcomes and SLAs;

Provide Tier II technical support (SAP Certified Silver or above partner) as on‑site Administrator and SME for SAP cloud‑based learning management application;

Support course creation, tracking, compliance reporting, and system administration;

Lead user training, change management, adoption strategies and LMS utilization tracking;

Execute analysis, documentation, controls and adoption activities needed to improve delivery quality, compliance and mission outcomes.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Education or related field.

Experience: 5+ years training/change management experience.

Skills: Facilitation, communication, proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, strong leadership and interpersonal skills, excellent time‑management and prioritization, adaptability, analytical and organizational skills, strong oral and written communication.

Preferred: SAP NS2 SuccessFactors certification and experience administering SAP LMS.

U.S. Citizenship required.
