Role: Product Manager - Sales and Support Tech with Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
Location: San Jose, CA (3 days a week onsite)
Job Type: Contract
8+ years Product Manager experience in Sales/Support technologies, hands-on Generative/Agentic AI experience, experience with AI platform integration, strong analytics, cross-functional leadership, and a relevant bachelor’s degree.
Must Have
8+ years in product management with proven Sales & Support tech experience. Demonstrated success in product launches and lifecycle management. Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions in customer-facing products. Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise CRM/support systems. Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (training, fine-tuning, deployment). Experience with leading AI platforms: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, Amazon Bedrock, AWS SageMaker. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to define and track KPIs. Experience collaborating with engineering, UX, sales, legal, support, and data science teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical & non-technical). Must have experience engaging with customers and gathering feedback to validate product concepts. Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
