Summary of Position NVE Experience Agency is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Associate Producer. This is a dual role in leading the creation of memorable experiences and ensuring successful program delivery to our clients while also standing in as support on larger projects.
As an Associate Producer on our team, you will have opportunities to execute small tier budgets, support Senior & Executive Producers on larger programs, collaborate with other teams on concept development, and ensure flawless execution. This role requires agility, professionalism, attention to detail, and grace under pressure.
Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain project documentation including deliverable timelines, production schedules, run of show, etc
Seamlessly manage and execute programs up to $500,000, progressively gaining experience in budget ownership
Update status reports and schedules and maintain lists of action items to ensure smooth and timely delivery of programs and associated deliverables
Ensure project / program is delivered on‑time and on‑budget with flawless execution
Collaborate with cross functional teams and agency partners to facilitate effective communication between project team members
Manage specific elements of a project including but not limited to vendor procurement & communications, negotiations and ensuring payments are being made on time
Client Management
Support project teams in communicating all production related details to clients and internal stakeholders
On smaller tier owned budgets, take the lead in client communications in partnership with the Account lead
Act as an additional support resource for larger projects while gaining experience in client interactions
Budget Management
Develop and manage project budgets up to $500k, with direct oversight from lead producer
Own portions of larger budgets in collaboration with a lead Producer
Coordinate invoices and vendor payments with all internal parties to ensure smooth financial operations
Lead and support teams with budget reconciliation and financial tracking
Team Management
Maintain regular check‑ins with your manager and provide feedback within project team in a timely manner
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages efficiency and seamless execution
Responsible for ensuring timesheets and expenses are completed in a timely manner for all project workstreams
Ensure all on‑boarding for temporary production staff and vendors in accordance with company policies
Qualifications
3‑4+ years of proven event production experience required
Ability to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects and various clients simultaneously
Client focus with attention to detail, flexibility, and accountability for results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Extraordinary organizational skills, self‑motivation, and intuition
Thrive in a fast paced, agency environment
Proficient in Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, and social media sites
Requirements
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working onsite
Regularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier items
While working onsite, must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions as needed
Have a valid Driver’s License
Available to work weekends and evenings as needed for events
Location We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles and New York. The ideal candidate is located in any of our hub locations.

Salary Estimation [$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year]
This is an exempt full‑time position. NVE intends to provide a competitive total compensation package which includes a variety of incentives, benefits, growth and developmental opportunities. There are many factors to the presented salary range, including but not limited to location, departmental budgets, certifications, and overall job‑related qualifications.
