Invoice factoring (accounts receivable financing) is a lucrative funding option for trucking companies of all sizes. This allows our customers (trucking companies) to meet their immediate cash needs.
Job Description Compass Funding Solutions is seeking highly motivated sales professionals to accelerate growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated, solution-oriented individual who welcomes the challenges for acquiring and developing new business through outside sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
Job Expectations
Develop market strategies by researching lists of high potential prospects
Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision makers
Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers
Meet or exceed sales quotas as outlined by management
Qualifications
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Team player
Proficient with technology
Motivated by growth opportunities
Familiarity with CRM tools preferred
Experience in the transportation industry preferred
3+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
Experience
Outside sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Location Remote - Outside Sales (Responsible for making client visits in the assigned region)
Compensation Base Salary
Supplemental Pay: Commission Pay
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday-Friday
