Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial real estate transaction documents
Handle acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and joint venture matters from start to finish
Lead due diligence and closing processes across multiple active deals
Advise clients on legal and business issues tied to development and investment transactions
Partner with senior attorneys, clients, and counterparties to move deals forward efficiently
Manage sophisticated matters with a high degree of independence and sound judgment
Stay current on market trends and real estate law developments impacting clients and transactions
Qualifications
J.D. from a strong law school with excellent academic credentials
8+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience preferred
Background at a large, top‑tier, or highly reputable law firm
Strong experience with purchase and sale, finance, and joint venture transactions
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and deal management skills
Able to manage multiple matters simultaneously with limited supervision
Entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to exceptional client service
