For the successful launch of our innovative software platform StudyGen 360, we are looking for an experienced Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-end ownership of the full sales cycle – from active prospecting and lead generation to successful deal closure
Presentation of our products and services to potential clients in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, and bioanalytical sectors
Conducting product demonstrations and creating tailored proposals and solution concepts
Managing and developing existing client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle
Active maintenance and management of customer and project data in the CRM system
Close collaboration with the marketing and project teams to align campaigns and client communications
Representing up to data at international trade fairs, conferences, and industry events – with a particular focus on the USA
Collecting and evaluating customer feedback to continuously improve our product offering
Voraussetzungen
3-5 years of experience in sales of SaaS solutions with a preference for those working in the pharmaceutical, CRO, bioanalytical or life science market.
Fluent in both German and English – for communication with clients across the EU and USA
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a confident presence in front of clients and stakeholders
Structured, results‑oriented working style with a high degree of initiative and a hands‑on mentality
Willingness to travel, particularly for client visits and trade fairs in the USA and Europe
Knowledge of GxP requirements or experience in regulated environments is a plus
