Territory Sales Manager – Janitorial & Sanitation Solutions A manufacturer serving the professional cleaning and facility maintenance market is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across the Midwest. This role is responsible for expanding distributor relationships, developing new end-user business, and increasing market share within the janitorial and sanitation (Jan/San) industry.

This is an opportunity for a results-driven sales professional with experience working with Jan/San distributors, facility maintenance organizations, and institutional accounts. The position is field-focused and suited for someone who enjoys building relationships and growing a defined territory.

What You’ll Do

Grow sales across Illinois, Northern Indiana, and Wisconsin

Develop new business with Jan/San distributors and facility maintenance end users

Increase revenue within existing distributor accounts

Identify and secure new accounts through proactive territory development

Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and training with distributors and end users

Support distributor partners with joint sales calls and market development

Prepare pricing proposals and customer programs

Maintain structured territory coverage and call planning

Track pipeline activity and customer engagement in CRM

Participate in trade shows, distributor meetings, and regional events

Collaborate with internal teams to support customer requirements and order fulfillment

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience

Experience in Janitorial & Sanitation, cleaning chemicals, or facility maintenance

Background working with Jan/San distributors

Proven success developing and growing a sales territory

Experience conducting product demonstrations and customer training

Strong organizational and territory management skills

Experience using CRM tools

Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
