About The Role As a Director - Asia Fuel Delivery, you will lead nuclear fuel projects across the Asia region. You will be accountable to ensure delivery for a portfolio of $150-200M in sales and $75-100M EBITDA annually. You will develop, implement and direct the strategic aspects of Asia Fuel programs from contract award to fulfillment of both external and internal projects. You will report to the Sr. Director, Asia Fuel Delivery, and work a hybrid role based in Columbia, SC.

Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex multinational fuel projects, including project execution and fulfillment of requirements for both external and internal customers in Asia.

Oversee Asia Fuel portfolio, valued at $150-200M revenue/$75-100M EBITDA annually and associated cash flow.

Direct Asia Fuel projects by overseeing program budgets, margin as delivered, change management, quality and communication. Manage risk with a global view. Oversee internal project reviews to ensure delivery, provide customer feedback and set delivery priorities. In the case of issues, manage communication with the customer and internal partners at all levels.

Develop customer relationships and include important product personnel to provide solutions in consideration of customer needs.

Create compelling strategies and oversee delivery plans that align to Asia Fuel goals and lead to customer satisfaction, retention and growth.

Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Asia Fuel team. Ensure priority of safety, nuclear safety culture, human performance, and other EH&S aspects. Implement project management standards and align organizational expectations of project execution. Develop short to mid-term plans for optimizing the Asia Fuel organization and the talent required to accomplish established goals.

Define 5-year team goals to support mid-term plan for Asia Fuel. Translate the team plan and translate to relevant programs with clear goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related discipline required.

15+ years’ experience in the nuclear power industry with increasing levels of leadership accountability.

Knowledge of nuclear fuel project delivery.

Lead multinational project teams; relate to and manage relationships across multiple cultures.

Skills emphasizing presentation effectiveness, persuasion.

Experience working with multiple customers across different regions with appropriate level of global cultural awareness.

Demonstrate competency in understanding customer needs and translating them to Westinghouse products and solutions.

Experience influencing and working with customers, functional leaders and important partners on integrated solutions and ensuring service delivery.

Demonstrated strength in contract management.

Broad technical knowledge regarding Westinghouse fuel products and services.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to $162,000 to $202,500 per year. In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
