Proposal on migration of Werum PASX to Siemens Opcenter
Role :: MES – Consultant Required Technical Skill Set
At least 8 years of working experience for MES platform – Werum PasX
Having good understanding of Siemens OPCenter
Migration experience between Werum PasX and Siemens Opcenter
Testing of Master Batch record, developing eBR
Having knowledge about pharma processes, functional requirements and validation
Must-Have
Strong knowledge in translation of MBR
Well capable of Troubleshooting various issues in MES platform
Working security and integration in IT-OT application and configuration
Testing of application. conduction validation and deployment
Experience working for pharma industries for at least 5 years
Good-to-Have
Knowledge about other MOM applications like LIMS, WMS, QMS, LMS
Strong customer communication & managing onsite support
Understanding on infrastructure requirement and detecting issues
Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
Custom development / Translation of MBR from one MES to other.
Recipe authoring and modifying as per process flow diagram, SOP, Material list, etc.
Integration of MES with ERP system, shop flow equipment controls, printer & barcode, weighing scale, and other relevant MOM applications.
Testing of application. conduction quality validation and deployment.
Contract Duration –
