What you’ll do Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager – strategic and execution‑oriented role focused on incremental revenue growth and customer retention across key business segments. Individual contributor reporting to the Director, Lifecycle Marketing.
Own the strategy and execution of expansion programs across email and in‑product for existing customers, focusing on maximizing lifetime value and driving net new contract growth.
Deploy Agentic AI email workflows (triggered by real‑time usage data, mid‑term milestones, and renewal windows) that autonomously move customers through the sales funnel.
Use email as the engine for routing high‑propensity leads to the Sales team.
Define the email touchpoints that qualify leads and collaborate on incentive experiments to boost conversion.
Partner with Data Science to operationalize propensity models, using them to intelligently route customers to either automated self‑service paths or Sales‑assisted interactions.
Drive the adoption of existing self‑service tools (automated renewals, license management) and lead the go‑to‑market strategy for new product feature launches.
Protect gross retention rates by building proactive "save" journeys for administrators and end‑users to ensure long‑term account health.
Act as the connective tissue between segment‑specific marketing and the broader growth squads to ensure a unified customer experience.
Lead a rigorous email testing roadmap—including A/B testing copy, design, timing, and holdout groups—to prove incremental revenue impact.
Job Designation Hybrid: Employees divide their time between in‑office and remote work. Minimum 2 days per week in office; may vary by team but will have a weekly in‑office expectation. Job designation can change per business needs.
What you bring Basic
8+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing with a strong emphasis on email marketing at a fast‑growth B2B SaaS company.
Experience with enterprise‑grade Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) to build multi‑stage, branching logic journeys.
Preferred
Experience with marketing personalization and experimentation, learning new technologies quickly.
Experience in a Product‑Led Growth model and knowledge of B2B SaaS.
Strategic thinking about how AI can transform marketing processes—driving programs from inception to execution to analysis with an AI‑first mindset.
Passion for staying ahead of AI trends and a track record of piloting new technologies for competitive advantage.
Comfort working with data using SQL to pull, analyze, and interpret marketing and product performance insights.
Experience with generative AI and predictive analytics to automate copy generation and personalize email content at scale.
Proven partnership with Sales and Success teams to build lead routing and handoff triggers via email.
Skill in interpreting email performance metrics and behavioral data to segment audiences and forecast revenue impact.
Ability to craft compelling, action‑oriented email copy that aligns with brand voice while driving high conversion rates.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Wage Transparency Pay ranges vary by location:
California: $126,900 – $197,800 base salary
Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, Minnesota: $120,800 – $166,100 base salary
Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, New York (NYC metro): $120,800 – $174,525 base salary
