ROLE DESCRIPTION As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Matt Staropoli - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide information about insurance products and services.
Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
P&C License is required for this position (if you are not licensed but are willing to take the courses we want to speak with you!)
Communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
Professional experience in customer service or sales is required.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
