Regional Director
who is passionate about people, performance, and building exceptional multi-unit operations.

The Regional Director plays a critical leadership role guiding multiple centers across our Illinois (Western Suburbs) and Wisconsin markets, driving strong business results while creating exceptional experiences for guests and associates.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $90,000 annually
Monthly bonus compensation plan tied to regional performance
2 weeks paid time off annually

What You’ll Do Lead Multi-Unit Operations
Coach and develop District Managers, Center Managers, and Leaders
Drive performance, accountability, and operational excellence
Support teams in delivering outstanding guest experiences
Drive Business Performance
Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to improve results
Conduct business reviews and performance planning
Optimize revenue, labor, and profitability across districts
Build Leaders & Culture
Recruit and develop high-performing leadership teams
Create succession plans and strong talent pipelines
Champion a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture
Support Local Growth
Partner with teams to drive guest acquisition through local marketing
Encourage community engagement and brand visibility
Ensure Operational Excellence
Uphold brand standards and company policies
Partner with corporate teams and vendors to support operations
What We're Looking For
Proven success leading multi-unit teams
Strong business and financial acumen
Ability to coach leaders to higher performance
Data-driven decision maker
Excellent communicator and relationship builder
High accountability and integrity
Qualifications
5–7 years multi-unit leadership experience
Demonstrated success driving sales, operations, and guest satisfaction
Experience developing and leading high-performing teams
Experience using POS systems and Microsoft Office tools
Work Requirements
Ability to travel up to 80% within assigned region
Required in centers approximately 4 days per week
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Reliable transportation required
