Tasks We’re hiring our first

Senior Account Executive in Europe

- a rare opportunity to build and shape the region from day one.

You’ll work directly with the Weflow founders, who have successfully exited two companies, and join a company with strong product–market fit and significant inbound demand.

As a founding member of our European sales team, you’ll operate with a true founder mindset: high ownership, high velocity, and a relentless focus on results.

You will:

Own and scale a greenfield territory (starting with Mid-Market and Enterprise in DACH, expanding beyond)

Drive net-new revenue from prospecting to close, with a strong emphasis on self-sourced pipeline

Position yourself as a trusted advisor to RevOps and Revenue leaders

Run high-impact, multi-stakeholder demos and executive conversations

Clearly articulate Weflow’s differentiated value in the emerging Revenue AI & Orchestration category

Continuously refine messaging and outbound strategies to build a repeatable, scalable motion

Educate senior executives on why Revenue AI is mission-critical — and why Weflow is defining the category

This role is fully remote, with frequent travel to meet customers in person.

Requirements

5+ years of experience selling complex SaaS solutions to Mid-Market and Enterprise customers in multi-threaded sales cycles

Consistent track record of exceeding €800k+ annual quotas and closing six-figure deals (€100k+) in 9+ month sales cycles

Proven success selling to senior decision-makers (C-suite, CROs, RevOps, and other GTM leaders) in enterprise organizations (1,000+ employees)

True hunter mentality with a history of landing net-new logos and building markets in emerging categories

Strong command of MEDDPICC (or similar value-based methodologies) in complex enterprise deals

Solid background in SaaS / enterprise software sales

Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex topics and influence executive stakeholders

Nice to have

Experience selling to RevOps and Sales Leaders

Familiarity with Weflow or comparable Revenue / Sales tech solutions
